About EXPERT TITLE SERVICES—Expert Title Services was opened and founded in November 2007, by brothers Scott and Sid Joest. Prior to opening Expert Title Services, Scott and Sid had acquired considerable knowledge and experience in the title insurance industry through their participation in, and management of Progressive Land Title of Indiana. Since the start up of their own title company, Expert Title Services has grown to include over 10 employees with over 75 collective years of experience in the production of title insurance. Scott and Sid founded Expert Title Services with the belief that commitment and dedication to customer service would be the key to promotion of business growth and success. Following these basic principles, Expert Title Services has experienced continuous growth producing and closing over 100 policies per month in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
